  • To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging it arrived in.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or tampering are not eligible for a return.
  • Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label.

 

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees.

 

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at team@revcupp.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for returns.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for another product, follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship out the replacement.
