Free Returns & Eligibility
We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Returns can only be initiated after your order has been delivered.

To start a return, complete the Return Request Form on our site.

Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged due to misuse, lost after delivery, or returned without authorization.
Order Cancellations
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or marked as “Order has left the fulfillment center.” At that stage, your package is already on its way and cannot be intercepted.
Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace the product free of charge after verifying the issue.
Please include your order number and a short video or photo clearly showing the defect or damage when reaching out.
Order Issues & Delivery Delays
Our shipping partners are currently experiencing shipping delays due to higher-than-usual package volumes, and some orders may take a few extra business days to arrive. This is unfortunately outside of our company's control. If your tracking status shows "In Transit", your package is still on the way — no further action is needed.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

For questions about delivery once a package is in transit, please reach out directly to your postal carrier for the fastest resolution.
Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
RevCupp.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of:
