  • Standard delivery time for all orders is 3–5 days worldwide.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all orders, no matter where you’re located.

There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges at checkout.

Note: During peak periods (such as holidays or major promotions), shipping times may take slightly longer. Please allow a few extra days for your package to arrive.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

If your order shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

  2. Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  3. Contact your postal carrier directly for the most up-to-date delivery details.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, customs, or courier backlogs.

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If your package is delayed, please contact your carrier directly, as they have the most accurate tracking information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and marked as “Order has left the fulfillment center,” it can no longer be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
