7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, complete the Return Request Form on our site.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests in cases of:

  • Returned items that show signs of misuse or damage not caused by shipping;

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or marked as “Order has left the fulfillment center.” Once an order has entered the shipping process, it is considered final and will be fulfilled as placed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team for resolution.
